Cowboys release Citadel's Cliff Washburn

Cliff Washburn's stint with the Dallas Cowboys was a short one. The team released him on monday to make room for them to sign undrafted free agents. He has a very steep climb to making the 52 man roster as he is still in the process of switching positons from DE to O-line.

I just wrote about him joining the Cowboys a week ago and now I'm writing of his release. I'm sure he'll land on his feet somewhere soon, with his size someone will pick him up.
